I love mermaid stories and a while back I wanted to do my own creation of one. Here's the result.
Specifics: No reference. Painter for the mermaid and the anchor. Photoshop and my own created brushes for the texture. Photoshop for the rest of the effects. FULL VIEW, PLEASE!! (otherwise you may not see the effects and texture  ) |
